The Path to Eagle: Paperwork & Submissions

Welcome, Life Scout.  

This site is designed to help you navigate the administrative requirements of your Eagle Service Project and submitting your Eagle Rank Application paperwork.   Following these steps will ensure your proposal and final application are processed without delay.

Please keep the following in mind as you navigate this final stage of your journey to Eagle.

The Golden Rule: Identify your project idea and present it to your Scoutmaster at least six months before your 18th birthday.

The Workbook: Download the Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook and type directly into the PDF fields.

Key Contact: All District-level Eagle Project approvals and Board of Review scheduling goes through the Trinity Trails District Advancement Chair.  Bryan Jones is currently serving as such.  Any questions should be addressed to them at: advancement@trinitytrails.net.  In keeping with youth protection's no one-on-one contact rules, please remember to CC your parents or another adult scout leader when emailing adult Scout Leaders.
