Pre-Project Tasks: Once the District approves your proposal (usually takes 2 weeks)
Complete the Eagle Scout Service Project Plan section with your Project Coach.
Present your final project plan draft to your Scoutmaster and Unit Advancement Chair for approval and final confirmation of your project date(s).
Ask for an all-troop email and meeting time to advertise your project dates.
Leadership: Your role is to lead others; you are not the one doing the physical work.
Documentation: Keep a sign-in sheet for all volunteers to record service hours for the Troop Advancement Chair. Be sure to take before, during, and after photos to assist in documenting your project.
