Select a Project Coach: Choose an adult familiar with your project's subject to review your proposal.
Initial Signatures: You must obtain hand-written signatures from your Scoutmaster, Unit Committee Chair, and Project Beneficiary.
Note: Electronic signatures are not acceptable.
District Submission: Email your typed PDF proposal and a scan of the signature page to advancements@trinitytrails.net. You must copy your Scoutmaster, Unit Advancement Chair, and at least one other adult on this email. When you project proposal is received you will receive an acknowlegment of it's recipt as well as an estimated time for when you can expect a response back. You should plan for the review of your proposal to take approximately two weeks after aknowlegement is sent.
Note: Emails that do not CC an adult on them will not be responded to.
